As a Distribution Clerk, you will be responsible for performing duties related to various administrative and office duties in order to support the entire firm.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Scan, organize, file and maintain mail and legal documentation
- Ensure incoming and outgoing mail is sorted and processed in a timely manner and reaches the appropriate destinations
- Maintain filing of records, retrieval of files and recording file locations
- Courier documents to and from court house, post office and other locations
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- General administrative duties as needed (i.e. faxing, copying, typing, etc.)
- Must have valid Driver's License
- Experienced with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong team-player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidential information with the utmost of sensitivity
- Ability to use scanning equipment
- File and document management experience
- Prior law firm or office experience
This job operates in a clerical office setting with regular business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Your schedule will be determined by your supervisor at time of hire. This role is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files (up to 50 lbs), open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary, operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
