4. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls
- Log inquiries and complaints to the Division of Banking.
- Bulk Mailing
- Generate reports using SharePoint and Excel
- Manage large amounts of data (filter, categorize)
- Audit Consumer complaints to ensure entry into various systems.
- Enter complaint data into various systems.
- Work closely with investigators in creating and managing complaint files.
