Clerical Receptionist, 4 yrs minimum experience

Job Summary

We are looking for a Clerical Receptionist with 4 years of relevant experience to join our commercial mechanical/HVAC office team. Successful applicants must have prior experience in customer service and office support at a professional service company. This is an entry-level role with excellent career development opportunities.

Key Day-to-day activities include, but not limited to assisting with:

• Answering office phones
• Order office supplies
• Coordinate group meetings and events
• Assist AP and purchasing department with accounting system data entry
• Assist AR and service department with invoicing and customer statements
• Process and receive office mail
• Scanning and filing of documents including certificates of insurance, invoices and project documents

Areas for growth include:

• AR and AP accounting roles
• Service department dispatching
• Project coordination and administration
• Project engineering and support

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
