Clerical Associates provide general clerical administrative support to departments by operating standard office equipment, maintaining filing and records systems and preparing material such as routine reports and correspondence.
To establish a welcoming, warm, and professional atmosphere for all clients, executives and staff members. Reception will be the first impression to all and the point of contact for all conference center users. Reception also serves as the manager of the customer service process, receiving customer input, responding with a plan of action, and assisting in the planning and sales process.
Essential Functions:
Greets and handles visitors to the company with a smile and maintains eye contact throughout the entire interaction, addressing guests and clients by name whenever possible.
Follows established procedures with regard to both expected and unexpected arrivals, coordinating with in-house security as appropriate.
Assists with the booking of meetings in conference rooms, monitoring meeting start/end times, food and beverage deliveries and any specific process as designated
. Operate office equipment, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers.
Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages.
Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing and similar systems.
Communicate with others to answer questions, disseminate or explain information and address complaints.
Open, sort, route incoming mail, answer correspondence and prepare outgoing mail.
May compute, record and proofread data and other information, such as records and reports.

Experience working with standard office equipment
Experience with Microsoft office Suite
Experience with multi line phones
Experience:
3-5 Years in an administrative or clerical experience
Education:
High school diploma or GED
Qualifications/Certificates:
