SalaryClerical Assistant:
Assist in several clerical roles including accounting, human resources, and record keeping. Must posses excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Maintains files in several departments
Some accounting (accounts payable/receivable preferred).
data entry skills required.
EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES: (This list may not include all of the duties assigned)
. Maintains current and discharge filing in the master files.
. Files as needed for all departments as needs arise.
. typing as required by the filing tasks assigned.
. Answer the telephone and route calls during the receptionist’s lunch break and in her absence.
. Make copies for legal purpose when asked by an authorized person.
. Assists with entering receipts for credit card transactions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.09 - $13.00 per hour
