Position Summary / Purpose

As a Inventory and Moving Specialist in our Contents Department, the ideal candidate will create high levels of customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and fulfilling the company's contractual obligations through timely and profitable delivery of Inventory , Packing and Moving .

Facilitate the timely and profitable delivery of all content services required to rapidly return customer’s property to pre-loss condition, minimizing repairs and downtime following property damage.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in executing contents projects to completion from pack out to Pack back
• Take Digital Photo Inventory of Household items
• Take Digital Photo Inventory of Total Loss items
• Upload inventory into correct files in our inventory system
• Clean Personal Property
• Move Personal property to Storage Vaults
• Assemble Storage Vaults
• Maintain efficient and accurate flow of contents cleaning procedures from pack out to the pack back

· Keep Warehouse Clean and orderly

· Track usage of supplies .

· Do Structure Cleaning for Water, fire and mold jobs as needed

• Properly pack and load Contents Truck
• Make boxes
• Protect exposed furniture
• Dismantle Large Items and properly store Pieces
• Insure proper handling of Customer personal property
• Pack back inventoried items

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Experience:

• Restoration: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

• 75% (Preferred)
