Maintenance

Essential Functions: The following list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary. • Follow Company's Standards by maintaining a positive attitude and leadership style. • Inspect grounds and equipment. • Monitor maintenance and preventative maintenance of the hotel and equipment. • Maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems. • Maintain building and grounds. • Coordinate with other departments work necessary to maintain general conditions, and safety and health standards set forth by hotel policy and legal requirements. • Schedule all work to be done on a daily basis at a minimum of inconvenience to guest and employees. • Ensure timely response to requests for services/repairs by guests, employees and management. • Maintain clean and safe work areas. • Assist co-workers when your help is needed. • Provide information to guests about hotel services, facilities and other amenities. • Listen and respond professionally to guests’ requests or complaints. • Show up for work in a clean, pressed uniform with nametag. • Arrive at work each day with a positive attitude and maintain that attitude throughout the workday. • Represent your employer in a positive and beneficial way when making contacts within the community. Specific Job Physical Requirements: • Must be able to walk/stand a total of 8 hours in a day. • Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs. • Must be able to carry 35-50 lbs. up to a distance of 200 ft. • Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, climb, reach above shoulder level, kneel, grasp, push and pull. Qualification Standards: Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Prior similar job responsibilities a plus. Grooming: Must present a professional image. All employees must lead by example and show up to work with a neat, clean, pressed uniform, nametag and well groomed appearance as per Company's guidelines and brand specific standard

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
