Cleaner/Janitor

This is a part-time position. 3 days a week, M-W-F, Hours: 4 PM - 8:30 PM. Must have transportation.

This position includes 2 buildings, each taking 2 hours to complete the scope of work. Travel time from one location to the next is 15 min.

First building is located in Maumee on Keystone Dr near Fallen Timbers. 43537

Second building is located in Toledo on Airport Hwy. 43615

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our facilities. Your role will involve performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for employees and visitors.

Duties:
- Perform general cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and readily available
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety

Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks is beneficial
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
