Rocksteady is currently seeking a Clean Energy Customer Service Representative with the motivation and drive to ensure that we align our customers with Clean Energy solutions that best meet their individual needs while making an impact on the environment. This position will be part of a state-wide initiative to help transition the utility grid to renewable energy through creative outreach campaigns to increase consumer enrollment. The Clean Energy Customer Service Representative will also have multiple opportunities to grow professionally as we expand our initiatives through their leadership, dedication, and hard work.
We are looking for a Clean Energy Customer Service Representative who exudes confidence, enthusiasm, and is highly skilled at communicating in order to build rapport with customers while representing our company's vision!

Our Clean Energy Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop relationships with local decision-makers
- Develop and deliver proposals and presentations on renewable energy services to potential new clients
- Become an expert in renewable Clean Energy
- Network and look for opportunities for engagement to build a client rapport
- Educate potential and existing customers on clean renewable energy solutions and ways to save money
- Confidently discuss options and close sales contracts
- Participate in company meetings to further education on Clean Energy initiatives
Our Clean Energy Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- A 4-year degree is a plus
- Prior knowledge in Account Management, Sales, Clean Energy, or Customer Support
- Customer-centric, friendly, and self-motivated attitude
- Superb communication abilities both written and orally, with customers and staff
- Highly persuasive, self-disciplined & honest work ethic
- Confident in direct communication with consumers
- Effective time-management, written communication, and interpersonal skills
