PBF Energy Inc. (NYSE:PBF) is one of the largest independent refiners in North America, operating through its subsidiaries, oil refineries and related facilities. We are seeking a talented Customer Service Associate to join our team as a pivotal member that would play a key role here at PBF Energy. This role would be located onsite at our Company headquarters in Parsippany, NJ.
The Customer Service Associate Role supports the billing, inventory, rail, and refinery AP groups by fielding all Customer Care inquiries.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer the Customer Service line in Billing and Inventory department
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and invoicing
• Receive email and faxes from customers and distribute to appropriate internal resources for resolution
• Handle manual SAP invoices for the Rail and Billing group and distribution
• Daily, weekly, and monthly customer reporting
• Researching Invoices and BOL's for customer inquiries
• Fielding emails for the Refinery Account Payable and distributing to the correct mailboxes for follow up
• ADHOC requests as they come up

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates Degree/Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• Must have 2 years of experience in a Customer Service role
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office is required
• Individual must be self-motivated, work well in a team environment, and have strong interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in complaint tracking/resolution a must
• This is a part time position, work hours will vary
