Pay: $21.50 - $27.50+ DOE
Summary: Drives gasoline or diesel-powered tractor trailer combination to transport and deliver products, or materials in loose, or packaged form by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties as assigned.
- Drives truck to destination.
- Inspects truck for defects before and after trips and submits report indicating truck condition.
- Maintains driver log according to I.C. regulations.
- Assists workers in loading and unloading truck.
- Keeps work area clean and organized at all times.
- Keeps a current CDL License.
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening.
- Operates a forklift according to OSHA standard. Using forklift to transfer tanks and pallets of product from area to area.
Requirements:
- Licensed to drive - Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
- Touch Freight - may need to lift, push or move product weighing an average of 25 - 60 pounds
- Willingness to assist warehouse with loading or unloading product.
- Flexibility - overtime as required, occasional weekends.
