Looking for a self-motivated, detail oriented, Claims Specialist.
The position offers the ability to work from home within an hours travel time of our Knoxville Offices.

Job responsibilities
- Pursue an understanding of master policy language and information in relation to claim situations
- Effectively manage incoming correspondence from multiple mediums
- Collect all needed documentation for various claim submissions
- Provide accurate, valid, and thorough information to assist the client in determining the course of action
- Procure vehicle NADA values from CARFAX
- Review and submit claim payments or denial letters in a timely manner
- Orchestrate multiple vendors involved in claim assigned to you
