We are seeking Motivated, Self -Starters in the North Carolina area who want to succeed as an independent contractor. Work remotely from home with minimal travel locally. Training will be provided in house and online.

Compensation Range: $20,000 to $145,000 based on average commission compensation. Monthly Promotions and Bonuses.

Duties and Responsibilities
Identify damages of a property, taking photographs, documenting the damages, and submitting information via DocuSign. Conducting short presentations.
All can be done Virtually and/or In Person.

- No Experience Required!
However, it will be helpful if you have experience in any of the following fields /areas.
• Sales/ Retail Positions, Real Estate, Insurance, Management, Home inspectors, Contractors, Plumbing and HVAC.
You will not climb on roofs or crawl under buildings. You simply conduct a virtual or walk-through inspection of the property. You will take some pictures of the damage and fill out about 5 minutes' worth of paperwork.

Compensation:
