Job Description:
We are seeking commission-based Tech Recruiters with a sales focus to join our team. As a Tech Recruiter, you will have the option between joining as an Sales Development Rep (appointment setter), Sales Development Specialist (take intake calls + sign customer up for a free trial), or an Account Executive (close the deal). All positions will also be responsible for managing relationships, ensuring client happiness, bringing in new deals, and helping new customers have a successful recruiting experience.
Responsibilities for each variation:
- As an SDR - set appointments and pass them on to SDS. Required to set 50+ appointments within first 6 weeks.
- As an SDS - take intake calls and pass them on to Account Executive. Required to achieve 50% or more calls advancing to the sales call within first 6 weeks (you can also close the deal yourself on this call).
- As an Account Executive - Take sales calls set by SDRs and/or SDS and close the deal. Required to achieve at least a 10% close rate within the first 6 weeks.
All roles:
- Manage relationships with clients and ensure their happiness
- Onboard new customers onto the Shtudy platform
- Give sales presentations and/or demos to customers as needed
- Learn and understand Shtudy’s software platform
- Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with the Shtudy team to develop effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Attend industry events and network with potential clients
- Use Shtudy software to ensure new customers make a hire within 60 days through our platform.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in technical recruitment or sales
- 2+ years in software sales at an HR-focused company
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with diverse recruiting practices and a passion for diversity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work remotely and effectively manage time and workload
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
Benefits:
- This job is 100% commission based for the first 6 months. Minimum of 4 hours per weekday (M-F). Choose your own hours.
- Commission structure (see below):
- SDR (10% per show appt. that becomes a customer, 5% for making a hire)
- SDS (5% per trial signup per paying customer [increases to 10% if you close the sale on this call], 5% when hire is made - trial or full subscription)
- Acount Executive (10% per sale, 5% per hire made after sale)
- FULL CYCLE (20% to handle everything - appt, trial signup, close sale, make placement)
