Job Responsibilities:
Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle damage, general liability. They also review and audit claims, ensure data is captured accurately, and provide support for management to adhere to departmental guidelines regarding timeliness and accuracy in claims.
Skills and Abilities Required:
Experience/Willingness to learn
Good interpersonal and customer communication skills
Able to handle stressful situations
Strong follow up skills
Ability to learn and leverage a variety of products and software applications
Knowledge of Excel
Experience in a moving company a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
