Claims Adjuster – General Liability – Property Damage

Job Summary:
- Effective written and oral communication skills to enable accurate completion of reports, information gathering interviews and negotiations.

- Qualification and Skills * Minimum of 5 years of claims handling with a focus on General LiabilityProperty Damage type claims. i.e. Construction Defect type claims. Property damage claims arising from the work performed by an Artisan Contractor.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.

- Proven knowledge of Claims Best Practice.

- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Developed customer service skills.

- CURRENT FLORIDA ADJUSTER LICENSE: 6-20 ALL LINES.
