Civil Survey CAD Designer Land Development
Do you live north of Tampa? Are you looking for a great office environment where you can expand on your 3+ years of civil or survey CAD drafting and design? Are you fluent in AutoCAD Civil 3D? This is a great opportunity to join a team and grow your career.
This is a very hands on production role, with opportunities to engage with clients in the field. Currently most projects are large commercial such as big box stores, but the public sector business is growing.

Civil CAD DesignerRequirements:
- 3+ years of Civil CAD experience in Land Development
- Minimum Highschool Diploma, Associates in Drafting preferred
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D required
- Able to assist engineers and project managers by producing documents and being involved in all stages of design and construction
- Strong understanding of surveying principles
- Knowledge of codes and design in construction practices
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment meeting deadlines
