CIVIL ENGINEER

We are currently seeking a senior-level Civil Engineer for either our Belleville or Champaign Illinois offices.

Essential Job Functions:

• Planning, implementing, and managing Civil Engineering projects
• Developing proposals - management of proposals including cost estimate and proposal preparation, reviewing of invoicing and collections
• Preparing and managing budgets and contract administration
• Supervises and monitors client relationship strategies. Serves as the primary client contact for one or more clients.
• Direct and supervise other engineers' activities - may perform duties of a supervisor or department manager.
• Prepares or directs preparation and modification of reports, specifications, plans, construction documents, studies, permits, and designs for various projects.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited four-year college or university
• 8+ years' experience
• Registered Professional Engineer in Illinois
• Knowledge of industry-standard computer software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Estimating/Project Management type software
