Note: This position can be based in either client's Sidney, Ohio corporate headquarters or in one of their regional offices located in Dayton, Ohio or Columbus, Ohio or Greenfield, Indiana.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to create detailed civil design plans and drawings.
- Use software such as Bluebeam, MicroStation, ArchiCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, Revit, and 3ds Max to develop and modify designs.
- Perform system design and analysis for civil engineering projects.
- Prepare technical specifications and cost estimates for proposed designs.
- Conduct site visits to gather data and assess project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from clients and project stakeholders.
- Coordinate with other design team members to ensure seamless integration of civil designs with other disciplines.

Experience:

• BS in Civil or Structural Engineering or similar associates or bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 1 year experience performing engineering and drafting work.
• Proficient and well versed in Civil 3D/AutoCAD. Revit experience is a plus.
• Must have problem-solving skills, with an understanding of construction, and a willingness to meet with our customers to understand their civil and/or structural design needs.
• Organized with good communication skills.
• Deadline and detail-oriented, with a customer focus

Please note that this is not an entry-level position. Previous experience in civil design is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
