SalaryGandee Heydinger Group is searching for a detail-oriented, experienced CAD Designer to serve as the primary drafter for our growing engineering firm in Delaware County! Job responsibilities will include working alongside a Project Manager/Engineer to understand our clients' ideal finished product and generating 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D to bring those projects to life. You’ll also revise designs based on Project Manager/Client feedback and clearly communicate updates about the team’s design process. Compensation:$50,000 - $65,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Design of Site Layouts
- Perform Grading and Draining Design
- Assist with Permitting of Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Site Development Projects
- Roadway Design
- Utility Design
- Construction Plan Preparation
- Highly attuned to detail and possess excellent teamwork, organizational, and communication skills
- 2-year degree or equivalent experience in architecture, design, construction engineering, or related field is desired
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D (alignments, profiles, corridors, surfaces, etc.), earthwork takeoff calculations, and Microsoft Word/Excel required
