A chiropractic/Office Assistant is needed for our busy clinic. Positive attitude, good work ethic, team player, and passion for helping people are required to be successful in this position. We are looking for a friendly personality that our patients and clients look forward to seeing on each visit. Seeking an energetic, professional, and highly motivated individual for our clinic.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Patients Travel Cards
• Chart note completion
• Patient Progress notes
• Patient Therapy treatment
• Work with providers
• referring patients future diagnostic visits
• Patient follow-ups on missed appointments
• Working with our electronic medical records
• Working with our providers
• Answering phones, replying to texts and emails
• Scheduling patients
• Attorney communication with new patients
• Patient care follow up
• Calculating office stats
• Managing the patient flow through the office
• Assisting with our internal marketing
• Good with social media
• Qualifying and Scheduling New Patients
• Completing patient applications

• A must- TEAM PLAYER, COLLABORATION, and COMMUNICATION
• Marketing platform (Go High Level ) preferred
• Social media content creation and management (preferred)
• Familiar with: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Tik Tok for business (preferred)

Hours of business are Mon-Thurs 7:50 am-6:00 pm and Fridays 7:50 am-12:30 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $15.00 - $17.00/hour.
