```Responsibilities:```
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Assist with medical billing and insurance claims processing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Eaglesoft
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry
```Skills:```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide compassionate care to patients
- Experience in medical scheduling or as a medical receptionist preferred
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Epic or Eaglesoft is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
