They adeptly manage the reception area, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries with courtesy and efficiency. Additionally, they maintain patient records accurately and confidentially, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
In addition to administrative duties, the Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist provides invaluable support to the chiropractor and patients during treatments and procedures. They prepare treatment rooms, assist with patient intake forms, and guide individuals through therapeutic exercises or therapies under the chiropractor's direction. Their compassionate demeanor and attentiveness help patients feel comfortable and at ease throughout their visit.
Moreover, the Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment.
