Duties:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Check out patients, schedule and confirm appointments using medical scheduling software
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage patient records and accounts, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and desks
- Collaborate with the chiropractor and other staff members to ensure smooth operations of the clinic
Skills:
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems such as ChiroTouch or other similar platforms is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations, including phone systems and appointment scheduling
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience in reading and balancing financial ledgers

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.50 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
