- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using scheduling software (Eaglesoft, Epic)
- Maintain patient records and update medical information in electronic systems
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits and assist with patient flow
- Perform basic clinical tasks under the direction of the chiropractor
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist, dental receptionist, or chiropractic assistant preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic medical record systems (Eaglesoft, Epic)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
