Duties
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the chiropractic office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Assist with patient intake by collecting and updating medical records and insurance information
- Provide administrative support to the chiropractor, such as filing paperwork and managing office supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with billing and processing insurance claims
-Verify insurances/collect copays/deductibles
-Assist patients on therapeutic excercises
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with scheduling software is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
-Experince dealing with medical insurance is a plus
