Chiropractic Rehab/Exercise Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Focus is to assist chiropractor with patient care and treatment focusing on rehab exercises, post surgical mobility and strengthening, acute and chronic care patients, work and accident injury recovery.
- Assist with therapeutic modalities, such as ultrasound, parafin wax, electrical stimulation, etc
- Keep accurate records of patient treatment
- Clean and organize area

Skills:

- Familiarity with anatomy would be helpful but not necessary

- Interest in working out, conditioning, sports rehab, exercise science, physical training/therapy would be a plus
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide compassionate care to patients
- Attention to detail in documenting patient information accurately
- Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with chiropractor and other staff members
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using electronic health record systems

- All aspects of the job will be trained at the office and experience is helpful but not necessary

Hours are Monday thru Thursday 8 am to 6 pm with 1 1/2 hours off for lunch. Friday hours are 8 am to 1 pm. (Long weekends!)

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
