Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care while maintaining a positive and encouraging work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Patient Check-In: Greet patients warmly, check them in for their appointments, and ensure a smooth check-in process.

Insurance Verification: Verify patients' insurance coverage and benefits, assisting them with any insurance-related inquiries they may have.

Phone Support: Manage incoming calls, answer patient inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service over the phone.

Social Media Content Creation: Occasionally create engaging TikToks and Instagram Reels related to chiropractic care, following the guidance and direction from the team.

Event Assistance: Help with organizing and supporting occasional events related to chiropractic care and wellness.

Chiropractic Knowledge: Possess general knowledge of chiropractic care and wellness practices to answer basic patient questions and provide information when needed.

Electronic Stim Setup: Assist patients with connecting to electrical stimulation (e-stim) devices as part of their treatment plan.

Office Maintenance: Keep the office tidy and organized to provide a welcoming and professional atmosphere for patients and staff.

Flexible Scheduling: Embrace the 4-day work week with 20-25 hours of work, enjoying the flexibility that comes with the role.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a chiropractic office or healthcare setting is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
• Familiarity with insurance processes and ability to navigate insurance-related inquiries is a bonus, but we are willing to train the right person
• Basic knowledge of chiropractic care and wellness practices.
• Comfortable using social media platforms for content creation (TikTok, Instagram Reels) with guidance from others.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, team-player mindset, and genuine passion for helping others.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
