This part time position is a mix of front desk reception, insurance verification/filing and varied office duties.

Plus, there is the possibility of creative work with promotional activities based on applicant's interests and skills.

Essential Duties

> Front desk reception coverage: phone, check in, check out, office flow

> Verifying insurance coverage; electronic claim filing (ChiroTouch)

> Varied clerical and office maintenance functions

Requirements

> Vitalistic natural health lifestyle; Committed to aiding others get healthy and stay healthy

> Good attitude, friendly personality and excellent communication skills

> Love connecting with people and passion for assisting them have an exceptional office visit

> Minimum 12 months prior experience in customer service and able to multi-task

> Reliable and professional work ethic

> Experience with chiropractic care (optional, but considered a plus)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 – 30 per week
