Chiropractic Assistant

This is a well-established office that has been in the area for 60+ years, who truly cares about our patients. We are seeking candidates to fill our Chiropractic Therapist position. Employees will be responsible for our back-office duties. This mostly includes patient interaction, setting up patients on a therapy directed by the doctor, and the ability to effectively communicate with the doctor about patient needs. Strong communication, ability to multitask, and a high expectation in customer serve are required for this position.

In further detail; The chiropractic therapist's responsibilities include taking patients back to the rooms, setting up patients for their physiotherapy (electrical muscle stimulation or ultrasound therapy), keeping the patient flow moving, and keeping the back office clean and organized. You also may be required to assist with occasional clinical work, including answering phones and scheduling patients.

NO PREVIOUS TRAINING IS REQUIRED. We will train you in all aspects of the job, you just need a positive/caring attitude and the willingness to learn. To be successful as a chiropractic therapist, you must be able to work with sensitive patient data and maintain confidentiality (HIPPA requirements). You should also be able to multitask in a busy office setting without sacrificing accuracy in your work. This is a job that requires you to be on your feet for long periods of time and be communicating with patients and doctors throughout the day. Top candidates will be organized and service-driven. We are looking for a long-term position and the ability to grow within the office is available. We are hiring ASAP.

Chiropractic Therapist Responsibilities:

• Greeting and welcoming patients as they are taken back to their room.
• Ensuring that the back office and therapy room’s remains in excellent condition at all times.
• Keeping the flow of office moving and keeping the Doctors on track
• Preparing treatment rooms prior to appointments, as needed
• Setting up and shutting down the back office for the day.

Chiropractic Therapist Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance.
• Positive attitude and enjoys working with people

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
