Chiropractic Assistant/Office Manager

We are looking for a Chiropractic Assistant/Office Manager to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, showing patients to their rooms, and other office duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and direct them to the appropriate treatment room.
• Answer phone calls and take messages.
• Schedule appointments and referrals.
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
• Provide general administrative support to the office staff. And prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
• Collect patient information and update electronic medical records
• Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations and therapies
• Process insurance claims and verify insurance coverage for patients
• Handle billing and payment transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
