Chiropractic Assistant/ Front Desk

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Duties:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests using our reservation system (Eclipse )
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, and changes
- Handle guest complaints or issues with patience and professionalism
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk area
- Process payments and provide receipts to guests
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk agent or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software (Epic, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
