Chiropractic Assistant-Bilingual (Spanish)

Unruh Chiropractic And Wellness Center in Rogers, AR is looking for a Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate is detail oriented, articulate, self-driven, punctual, and reliable and highly energetic and friendly.

Responsibilities

• Greet Patients and take their medical histories
• Spanish speaking required
• Coordinate, schedule, and confirm patient appointments
• Provide patients with information regarding services or claims
• Verify Patients Insurance Benefits
• Reconcile Patient Ledgers
• Assist in collections from patients
• Data entry
• Check emails multiple times per day
• Answer Phones
• Keeping up with proper paperwork
• Basically everything that it takes to run a front desk.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a medical/chiropractic receptionist a must!
• Bilingual (Spanish) speaking is a must
• Friendly, happy, outgoing, and engaging personality, If you're shy, this isn't the position for you!
• Ability to work towards a common goal with little supervision
• Must be a self starter and not wait to be told to do something.
• Integrity is a must! If you can't be trusted not to be on our cell phone, or not work when the boss isn't around, this isn't the position for you!
• Must fulfill job description daily, this is not optional. We rely on things getting completely done daily for operations to run smoothly.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• If you are someone who misses work, or is late, this will not be the position for you.
• Must be able to remember lots of information and use it accordingly.
• Must be a team player
• Strong work ethic
• Must be able to write professional letters/emails correctly
• Must be professional!
• Must be a multi-tasker! You must have 8 arms and 8 legs, if you get our drift!
