Chiropractic Assistant Responsibilities:

Maintain a Welcoming Environment: Ensure the waiting area is clean, organized, and inviting, providing a pleasant experience for all visitors.
Efficient Communication: Handle phone calls, e-mails, and text messages promptly and professionally, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments with ease.
Patient Data Management: Respectfully manage sensitive patient information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
Meticulous Multitasking: Seamlessly handle multiple tasks without compromising the accuracy and quality of your work.
Support Clinical Work: Collaborate with the Doctor, providing occasional assistance with diagnostic assessments and patient therapies as needed.
Inventory Management: Keep track of supplies, ensuring treatment rooms are well-prepared for appointments.
Administer Screening Assessments: Assist with screening assessments, such as blood pressure tests, steam, and EMS treatment, when required.
Chiropractic Assistant Requirements:
Educational Qualifications: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
