Chiropractic Assistant

We are seeking a new team member who is self-motivated & loves to serve people with a compassionate heart, in a Christian environment. We are seeking a Clinical Assistant to join our Chiropractic team! You will be involved in planning and implementing physical rehabilitative programs for spinal/postural rehabilitation and to improve patient quality of life. The perfect candidate will have 2+ years’ experience in Physical Therapy, Exercise Science, or physical training etc. but we will train the right individual.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement therapy protocols that focus on spine rehabilitation

· Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery

· Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress

· Record and document patient care services

· Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care

· Taking and digitizing X-Rays

· Will also be responsible for some shift coverage from time to time including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and taking payments.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in chiropractic, physical therapy, rehabilitation, sports medicine, or other related field

· Ability to handle physical workload

· Ability to build rapport with patients

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong leadership qualities

· Proficient in technology including the use of mobile devices for scheduling and patient organization as well as Microsoft suite of products.

· Should exemplify healthy habits and living practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
