We are currently seeking a poised and professional individual to join our team as a Chinese Trade Associate. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all Chinese Trade Communications, Procurements and International Transportation/Shipping.
Key Responsibilities:Speak Mandarin and English, International Trade & Shipping Liaison and Supply Chain coordination.
Strong Communications Skills:
- Speak fluent English and Mandarin.
- Maintain effective communication channels with Chinese International Suppliers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and Chinese suppliers to resolve issues.
International Transportation and Procurement Skills:
- Coordinate all Shipping and Transportation for China Trade.
- Coordinate Purchase Order Management and Supply Chain with China Team.
- Ensure property management for China Inventory is properly maintained in database.
Computer Proficiency:
- Must have advanced Excel computer knowledge and system skills to navigate relevant platforms and databases.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a coordinated and efficient workflow.
Confidentiality:
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- Strong Excel knowledge and proficiency.
- International Transportation Trade experience.
- Attention to Detail.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Supply Chain/Procurement experience.
