Childcare Provider

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

Responsibilities:

Lead Teacher duties include:

- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities

- Provide a stimulating and engaging learning environment

- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development in children

- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times

- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment

- Assist with mealtime routines and ensure proper nutrition for children

- Manage behavior using positive reinforcement techniques

- Administer basic first aid when necessary

Assistant Teacher duties include:

-Assisting the Lead Teacher in creating a stimulating and engaging classroom environment for children

- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor playtime

- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and childcare center.

Requirements:

-Must be 16 years of age or older.

- Previous experience working in a daycare or early childhood education setting is a plus, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate.

- Ability to multitask and handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism

- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
