Childcare Provider

```Duties```
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in a childcare setting
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum to promote child development
- Supervise and engage children in educational and recreational activities
- Monitor children's behavior and provide positive guidance and discipline when necessary
- Ensure the well-being of each child by meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare space

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience working with children in a classroom, daycare, or babysitting setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Ability to provide basic first aid and respond to emergencies
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with children on an individual level
- Ability to manage behavior and create a positive learning environment
- Familiarity with preschool curriculum and educational activities

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
