Sent Loves The Kids Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children under your care. Your role will involve implementing age-appropriate activities, promoting social and emotional development, and ensuring the well-being of each child.

Duties:

- Provide attentive care and supervision to children in a daycare or preschool setting

- Create and implement engaging lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development

- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

- Monitor children's behavior and address any issues or concerns promptly

- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and understanding of each child's needs

- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space

- Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations

Skills:

- Experience working with children in a classroom or daycare setting

- Strong classroom management skills to maintain order and structure

- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices

- Ability to provide appropriate care for toddlers, preschoolers, or children with special needs

- Effective communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues

- Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging behaviors with professionalism

- Basic understanding of behavior management techniques
