```Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children in our care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children. Responsibilities: - Create a safe and nurturing environment for children - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs - Provide basic care such as feeding, diapering, and bathing - Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary - Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area - Follow all health and safety guidelines Experience: - Previous experience in childcare, nannying, or babysitting - Knowledge of early childhood education and childhood development - Experience working with infants and young children - Familiarity with daycare routines and procedures - Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with patience and composure - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work collaboratively with other Childcare Providers Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) - Background check clearance Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience - Opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization If you are passionate about working with children and making a positive impact on their lives, we would love to hear from you. Pay: $13.78 - $14.60 per hour
