Form of workThe main area of the basement would be where the kids eat, nap, and play. Currently remodeling for a full bath and kitchenette. Fenced in yard for outdoor activities. Would expect some structured activities like singing and coloring for the oldest (currently 2yo). At least 1 parent would be at home at all times (both have wfh jobs).
There are 2 dogs in the house but will be kept upstairs to not interfere with childcare.
