We invite all fun-loving, enthusiastic individuals to join our community of play-based educators! Since 1984, Child Care Inc. has been Oklahoma City’s oldest family-owned and operated childcare company. We strive to offer safe, reliable, and educational environments for all children in our care.

Our childcare centers offer extended hour care and have night and weekend shifts available. Currently, we are looking for staff to work any of the following shifts:

o Morning Shifts

o Afternoon Shifts

o Saturday Shifts

If these hours are preferable to you, please indicate your interest on your application. If these hours do not interest you, don’t worry! Several of our locations are hiring for immediate placement with other shifts available.

We offer paid training, vacation time, health, dental, & vision insurance, & we cover the cost of the required background check. Child Care Inc. also offers a $1000 sign-on bonus, available scholarships, and free childcare for employees. Our hours, pay scale, and training requirements will be discussed at the initial interview & will vary according to credentials.

• Demonstrate the ability to understand and guide children in an educational setting

• Collaborate with fellow staff to ensure a cohesive and constructive atmosphere
