Lead Child Care Teacher

Elite Kids Learning Center is hiring a reliable, and professional Lead Child Care Teacher to join our team! We are looking to hire a Full-time position. Must be able to obtain and fully pass a background check, including fingerprint scans. Must be physically capable of performing necessary job duties, including standing for long periods of time, bending, kneeling, and lifting children. Must have a positive attitude and must be a team player. No Experience is necessary, we will train!Pay depends on experience.

Responsibilities

• Making/Implementing Lesson Plans
• Follow Daily Schedules
• Supervise and monitor children's indoor and outdoor activities at all times
• Keep records of children's progress, routines and interests and relaying needed information to parents/family
• Assist in preparing food and serving meals
• Maintain a clean and sterile environment at all times

Qualifications

• Proven experience in this field is a plus
• CPR/First aid is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, bend and stand
• Ability to follow routines and schedule
• Ability to work as a team
• Leadeable, Coachable, and Teachable
• Strong drive and motivated to succeed

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
