Child Care Teacher

Tir Na Nog Childcare is a privately owned childcare center in West Natick. We have six classrooms: infants, toddlers, preschool, and pre-k. We are looking for a full-time or part-time teacher! Teachers need to be EEC certified. We are willing to help someone become EEC teacher certified if they still need to be. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7 am to 6 pm.

Duties:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to children in a safe and stimulating environment
- Create and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Foster positive social interactions and promote good behavior management techniques
- Ensure the well-being and safety of children at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare space
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of infant care, behavior management, and early childhood education principles
- Ability to engage children in educational and recreational activities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent
