Mountain Sprouts Children’s Center is Park City’s newest licensed childcare center, dedicated to nurturing the growth and development of every child in our care. Our approach to education is deeply rooted in the belief that learning should be a joyful and engaging process. Our curriculum is designed to foster creativity, critical thinking, and a lifelong love of learning. At Mountain Sprouts, we believe in the importance of connecting with nature, and our program includes outdoor activities that help children develop a sense of responsibility and appreciation for the natural world.

Position: Childcare Teacher

Location: Park City, UT

Salary: $20 - $27 per hour, based on experience

Hours: M-F 8:30- 5:30

Start date: April 22, 2024

Benefits:

- 2 weeks paid time off per year

- Sick days accrued throughout the year

- $40 monthly cellphone reimbursement

- Free childcare for one child

Requirements:

- Must be 18 years or older

- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check

- Willingness to become CPR certified

- Commitment to complete 10 hours per year of continued education, which the company will pay for

- Previous experience in a childcare or teaching setting is highly desirable

- A profound love and patience for children

- Reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance in various weather conditions
