Position Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Center Director or Assistant Director in a licensed Child Care Center working with children ages 5 and youngeris required.

Responsibilities and An Average Day:
As a leader on our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a well run school that is in compliance with all program policies and regulations. An average day for a manager on our team may include:
- Opening or Closing the building, greeting teachers, children, and families,
- Observing classrooms for high quality interactions and coaching the implementation of our curriculum,
- Leading tours and enrollment initiatives to ensure center capacity
- Planning school events,
- Filling in for classroom teachers,
- Holding staff accountable and ensuring proper documentation
- Handling administrative duties like creating the newsletter, leading enrollment meetings, filing paperwork, responding to emails, or leading regulatory visits
- .... and of course, passing out stickers, hugs, or high fives to bring smiles to children every day!
