Job Responsibilities:
-Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Supervise and engage children in educational and play activities
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in the classroom
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Assist with mealtime routines, including feeding and diapering
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior
- Collaborate with other teachers to plan and coordinate classroom activities
Skills:
- Experience working with children in a daycare
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff
- Knowledge of age-appropriate developmental milestones and educational activities
- Ability to manage a classroom and maintain a structured learning environment
- Attend ongoing training to keep education and regulations up to date

Requirements:
- Must be reliable
- High school Diploma or GED
- Background screening
- 45 DCF Training (after 30 days of employment)
- CPR & First aid (after employment)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
