Chief Operating Officer

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and increase productivity
- Supervise and manage a team of department heads and staff members
- Drive business development efforts to expand the company's market presence
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and forecasting for the organization
- Lead change management initiatives to drive organizational growth and development
- Provide guidance and support for project management and program implementation

Experience:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a leadership role

- Five years of directly related leadership experience with eight years in a senior management role
- Strong background in strategic planning, business development, and change management
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement initiatives and achieve operational excellence
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $386,471.00 - $496,869.00 per year
