Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Chief of Staff to report to the company's Chief Commercial Officer and provide strategic and operational support across several departments. You will play a critical role in driving collaboration and optimizing our internal processes. Your exceptional analytical skills, strong business acumen, and ability to balance multiple priorities will contribute to achieving our business objectives for the sales, product and operations teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the creation, editing, and refinement of presentations, emails, and other vital stakeholder communications.
- Ensure regular updates published to key stakeholders.
- Manage ad hoc projects as assigned by leadership.
- Organize and attend key meetings with customers, investors, and internal teams, ensuring follow-ups and action items are addressed promptly.
- Analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to support strategic planning and business development
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends. Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance productivity, innovation, and quality.
- Drive strategic initiatives by identifying issues that impede success and provide recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, team members, and external partners.
- Facilitate seamless cross-functional collaboration between teams.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Agile or other product management methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA Preferred
- 8-10 years of experience in business operations, project management, or a similar role supporting internal operations and business development.
- Track record of success and the demonstrated ability to drive complex strategies and projects, exceeding expectations and delivering results
- Experience working on high priority projects with senior level executive visibility and engagement
