Form of workThe Chief must be able to direct and lead a staff. The Chief must be willing to assign tasks or work orders and hold staff accountable. The Chief must have knowledge of maintaining pool/spa, mechanical repairs, painting, plumbing and electrical work.
The ability to bend, crouch, stoop, stand and walk constantly is a must. Heaving lifting may be required. The Chief must have good problem solving skills, and the ability to communicate both written and verbally.
The ability to be a self-starter and a motivator is a must as following through on projects, preventative maintenance and day-to-day paperwork is a requirement.Open availability to work weekends and evenings.
